Mixed Martial Arts
MMA / Kickboxing Classes (ages 13+)
In the Mixed Martial Arts program, you will be pushed to your limits, both physically and mentally. You will learn powerful strikes and useful skills from various martial arts and combat sports such as: boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and even sport karate. You will also learn the striking side of using grappling sports such as wrestling and brazilian jiu-jitsu. This class will develop not just your striking and grappling skills, but it will push you toward your fitness goals at the same time.
Whether you want to train to get in better shape or you want to develop yourself to be able to compete in the ring/cage, this is the right class for you. Every class will push you to move past the road blocks you set for yourself. Your physical capabilities such as endurance, reflexes and strength will see tremendous growth, but so will your mental mindset to let nothing stand in your way.
