What to Expect in Class
You will be welcomed into a family like atmosphere. Egos are checked at the door. Every class is fun, engaging, and different. You will start off with a warmup, followed by practicing simple strikes that lead into the focused techniques for the day. Lastly, we finish up with a burnout that tests what you have learned that day and pushes you to new limits. Everyone goes at their own pace, but we do push you to give it your all!
Mixed Martial Arts Program
Our MMA program will help you to excel and break your limits. Whether you want to excel as a competitor or you want to excel in fitness, our coach will guide you to reach your goals. You will learn Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and even Grappling from Wrestling and BJJ. This class will get you in phenomenal fighting shape, regardless of whether you plan to compete. Classes for Adults, Kids (5-12) and Minis (3-5).
Muay Thai Program
If you are looking to learn a Kickboxing style combat sport that also develops phenomenal cardio fitness conditioning, the Muay Thai class is the place to be. With meticulous detail, our Muay Thai coach fine tunes each student to clean up their technique and get the most power development possible. After this class you will be exhausted with a grin on your face. Having developed new skills and pushed through an intense workout.
Combatives Program
We at FACTION Combatives believe real self-defense must be simple, explosive, and work under duress. We utilize a combination of the most street proven combatives systems out there including Kembativz, Martial Blade Concepts, and Krav Maga. Our goal is to empower anyone with the skills necessary to protect themselves. We ask that you bring commitment, a desire to learn, and a will to survive any encounter. We will get you the rest of the way!
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program​​

The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the program for you if you want to dominate foes on the ground. Our program isn't a typical BJJ program. At FACTION BJJ you will train to deal with real life scenarios and ground conflicts. You will learn how to effectively control and submit attackers that are utilizing strikes or grappling. Not only does our program put a huge emphasis on the practical street use of BJJ, but you will also learn how to dominate in competitions too!
Women's Kickboxing Program
The Women's Kickboxing program provides an amazing enviroment to learn and develop your skills in Kickboxing, all while getting in a great workout. Classes are often finished out by working through various Yoga stretches in order to further develop strength, stability and flexability. This is a great class for women to unwind, get a great workout, and learn new skills.
